Bette, My husband's Engineering Firm is expanding into Mississippi to work in the gulf recovery. We have been looking at lake homes & building lots in Lake Hide A Way, Carriere, Ms. but aren't finding what we want. We need a home and location we can entertain clients in. We have picked out a floor plan of a 2600 sq. ft. house and would like to build it on a lake. We also have a 36' Motor Home that we would be parking on our property. So, what are the building rules & covenants for Eagle Lake? Do you have Waterfront Lots of 100+ ft. for less than $45,000? I just need all the information you can email to me. Info on lots, lot sizes, pictures of waterfront lot views. We would like some trees on the lot also. We know you had a tornado there last May. We missed it by one day traveling down to Picayune in our Motor Home. So sorry for all who suffered damage and and loss of loved ones esp. in Yahoo City. Thank you in advance for all you will do as we search the state for our new home location.

Eagle Lake or Lake Bruin...are these fish only lakes or can you have jet ski's/skiing. Looking for lots on the water to build. what are covenants in these 2 areas
